There are numerous ways you can place your order.
Generally there is quite a bit of back and forth to go from the idea stage to the final stage of artwork. For this we like to communicate by email. It allows us to send image files so you can see the progress in your art. You can use either our contact form or quote request form to contact us. Or email us at spirit(at)spiritpins(dot)com.
Before any order is placed we ask you to approve your artwork. We can do this in a few ways:
- You send a signed copy of a proof to us. Email / Fax / Regular Mail will work. Email is the fastest.
- You can send an email or letter that states that you approve a certain proof. “I “YOUR NAME” approve TeamName3.pdf”
- Or the newest and easiest way is with our electronic document approval. We send an email, you click a few buttons. (c:
Once you have approved your artwork we need a payment. We will send you an invoice and you can click a link in that and pay online. For your convenience we also take the following methods of payment:
- Phone Or Online Payment with – Visa / Mastercard / Discover Card / Amex
- Paypal – and any methods of payment they take.
- IPN – IntuitPaymentNetwork – Like Paypal but from the makes of quicken.
- Electronic Payments from your Checking or Savings Account via IPN.
- Regular Checks (shipping and processing time apply)

After your artwork is approved, we will prepare an invoice and email it to you.
You will need to sign the invoice and approved artwork and fax or email approval back to us before we can release your pins to production.
Remember, production time begins after we receive your completed invoice and artwork approval.
