Metal Die Struck Key chains are molded using raised and recessed portions of the image. Different metals and texturing of recessed portions of the metal are available. Texturing the recessed metal can produce an antique effect, be filled with soft enamel paints, or sand-blasted for a ·sparkling· effect.
Custom Keychains made from Metal also have the ability to dramatically show off a photograph or complicated graphic artwork. The photograph or artwork must be provided in vector format, saved in at least 600dpi or higher. A physical match print is also required. After the image is stamped onto the keychain, a clear epoxy finish is applied to protect the image an add protection. Deluxe keychain attachments are also available for additional cost.

Our acrylic keytags are great Promotional Key Chains and are made from the finest optical grade acrylic and are printed with the finest lithographic techniques. Our exclusive sealing process insures that the key tags do not break apart. Second side imprints are included in the standard prices if the copy is the same as the first side.

Artwork Requirements:
Artwork submitted must be VECTORIZED for SPOT COLORS and saved in
600dpi minimum.
Standard Artwork Charge if not provided is $60.00.
CHARGES & IMPRINTS:
The running charges shown above include printing any ONE (1) Standard
PMS Color on a White background. For each additional imprint or background
color, add one plate charge of $20.00 and one additional color running
charge as shown above.
For 4-Color Process Artwork, add 4 additional colors to the base price
and a physical match print must be provided.
Production Time is 8 business days beginining the day after the artwork
is approved and invoicing/shipping information is approved. Shipping
time and pricing is quoted based on zip code and delivery date.
